Announcing Grand Opening Of Loggerhead Club and Marina-Daytona Beach

Seven Kings Holdings, Inc., the premier South Florida marina development and holdings company, announces the grand opening of Loggerhead Club & Marina--Daytona Beach, the tenth marina under the Loggerhead Club & Marina brand. The marina offers 85 wet slips for vessels up to 75 feet, 115 inside dry racks for vessels up to 30 feet, Caribbean Jack’s, an onsite Waterfront restaurant & outdoor bar, heated swimming pool & hot tub, Ships store & Captain’s lounge and reciprocal dockage at all of the Loggerhead Club & Marina facilities located throughout Volusia, Indian River, Palm Beach, Broward and Dade counties.

There are ten marinas under the Loggerhead Club & Marina brand with more than 2,500 slips open to the public from Miami north to Daytona Beach. Reciprocal dockage is available with all Loggerhead Club & Marina brand marinas.

“Many owners of waterfront marina properties have stopped renting slips to the public, only offering slips to condo owners, or those who can afford expensive yacht club memberships,” said Ray Graziotto, co-owner of the Loggerhead Club & Marina brand. “Loggerhead Club & Marina properties are open to everyone—the difference is that with our lease you get all the benefits of a luxury yacht club.”

The marinas provide outstanding service within a club atmosphere and branded amenities accessed simply by leasing at the marinas.

The newest Loggerhead Club & Marina located at 721 Ballough Road, Daytona Beach, FL 32114, offers Club amenities within an active, lively destination open to the public in Central Florida. The marina is a protected, sheltered wet slip and dry stack marina. Loggerhead Club & Marina--Daytona Beach affords sweeping panoramic views in every direction of the marina. By water, the marina entrance is directly on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway or Halifax River, immediately south of waterway marker 32. The Mosquito Lagoon, located a short boat ride south of the marina, is a hot-bed for inshore snook, seatrout and redfish action.

The beach is only about a 1&1/2 mile drive, just take Ballough Road back to the first bridge, turn east and follow the signs.

The great surprise is that you can actually drive onto the white sand beaches in Daytona Beach during daylight hours.

Just a few minutes past the Seabreeze Bridge north of the marina the Intracoastal Waterway widens out and has an unrestricted speed zone that is very popular with water skiers and wake boarders.

Daytona’s riverfront restaurant, Caribbean Jack’s, is located onsite at Loggerhead Club Marina--Daytona Beach serving up a variety of dishes for lunch & dinner daily. Live entertainment and a famous Sunday brunch makes this a popular local and tourist attraction. Boat docking is adjacent to the restaurant. In addition to the onsite restaurant and bar, a Captain’s Lounge and Ships Store is available, as well as a pool and outdoor hot tub overlooking the marina and waterway.
